This notice lists the cookies and browser storage the Solar Rust website uses, what each one does and how long it lasts. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the Website can store information on your device without asking for consent when it is strictly necessary for something you asked for, such as signing in or checking out, or when it only remembers a choice you made and you can object to it. Everything below falls into one of those two groups.
Cookies

Browser storage
Some features use your browser's local storage or session storage instead of cookies. Unlike cookies, these items are not sent to us with every request.

Other sites
When you check out, you move to PayNow's checkout page, which sets its own cookies under PayNow's cookie policy.
The Website also loads fonts from Google, server player counts from BattleMetrics, and avatars from Steam's and Discord's image servers. Like any site your browser connects to, they see your IP address and basic browser details. Our Privacy Policy explains this.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block sr_session you cannot sign in, and if you block sr_oauth_state you cannot link Discord. The rest of the Website still works.
If you do not want the Website to remember your choices, clear or block site data for solarrust.net in your browser. You can do this at any time, and it costs nothing. The Website works without these items: you will just see the sale pop-up again and the Store will use its default layout.
