Refund policy
Digital goods are non refundable once purchased, except where a purchase failed to deliver. Open a ticket on the Discord if you have any further issues.

These are the same rules posted in our Discord and they apply across the Discord and every Solar Rust server. Last updated 15 August 2026.
Enforcement
There is no fixed ladder. What you get depends on the rule broken, the circumstances and your history, and it is decided at staff discretion.
Leaderboard
Pulled straight from the servers by our stat plugin. Click any player for a full breakdown, or add two players to compare them side by side.
How stats are collected
An Oxide plugin on each server records combat events and pushes them to the site API in batches. Nothing is tracked outside of gameplay.
Three minute delay
Stats are intentionally delayed by three minutes so live positions and fights cannot be scouted from the website.
Banned players
Anyone banned for cheating is removed from the leaderboard and their stats are voided for that wipe.
Get help
All support runs through tickets in our Discord. It keeps everything in one place, gives you a written record, and means whoever picks your ticket up can see the full history rather than starting from scratch.
Open a ticket in Discord
Head to the #support channel and press the button for the category that matches your problem. A private thread opens between you and the admin team.
Response times
No ticket goes longer than 24 hours without a reply. Most are answered and fully resolved inside the hour during UK daytime.
Non-playing admins
Our admins do not play on the servers, so nobody handling your ticket has a stake in the outcome of your wipe.
Private by default
Tickets are visible only to you and the staff team. Reports stay anonymous, the person you report is never told who filed it.

Apply in DiscordLink your accounts
You are counted as linked once both Steam and Discord are connected. Linking unlocks support tickets, the /kit Linked kit, your Verified role in Discord, and a say in map votes.
Three steps
Sign in with Steam
You are sent to Steam's official OpenID page. We receive your Steam ID and public profile only, never your password.
Authorise Discord
Discord OAuth grants us your user ID, username and avatar so we can assign roles in the Solar Rust server.
You are linked
Your Verified role is applied in Discord, tickets open up, and /kit Linked is available on your next session.
What linking unlocks
- Open a support ticket. Tickets in Discord are only available to linked accounts.
- Access to
/kit Linkedin game. - Verified role in Discord, applied automatically once both accounts are connected.
- A vote in map votes. Only linked players can take part.
- And much more as the network grows.
Changing accounts
You can unlink either provider at any time and connect a different one. A few things to know before you do.
- Stats stay attached to the Steam account that earned them. Unlinking Steam removes them from your profile.
- Purchased kits follow the Steam ID they were delivered to. If the wrong account was linked, open a ticket in Discord.
- A Steam or Discord account can only be linked to one Solar Rust profile at a time.
